implement and develop further the Performance Management
Programme (PMP) and improve employee performance against approved output
and predetermined quality standards;
improve the competence of Human Resource Management through
the holding of regular fora for Directors Corporate Services/Directors Finance &
Administration and HR Managers, and other training activities in HR Management;
provide continuous support to line departments on matters
relating to organisational structure, staff complementing, job design/evaluation
and other HR function;
exploit the operational capabilities of the Human Resource
Information Management System (HRIMS) and seek new ways of strengthening and
improving the system.
